Holiday Home Details:

  • Holiday homes include bedding for the bedrooms.

  • Bedding for the sofa bed in the front room is not included but can be provided for an additional £15 (please request during booking).

  • Beds will be made up on the day of arrival.

  • On the day of departure, please strip the beds and place the bedding in the provided bags. Remove all rubbish from the holiday home.

  • If you intend on bringing a dog, please let our staff know at the time of booking so we can accommodate by putting your group/party in our Dog Friendly Van.

Break Options:

  • Weekly Break: 7 nights, arrive 3pm Friday, depart 10am Friday, or arrive 3pm Monday, depart 10am Monday.

  • Weekend Breaks: 3 nights, arrive 3pm Friday, depart 10am Monday.

  • Midweek Breaks: 4 nights, arrive 3pm Monday, depart 10am Friday.

    *Automatic Discounts are applied for bookings fortnightly or longer.

Booking and Payment:

  • No bookings are held without a £100 security deposit - Rental accommodation security deposit is in addition to the hire charge.

  • The deposit is refunded after the unit is cleaned, with no damage, and left in an acceptable condition NB: refund may take up to a week.

  • Balance is due 1 month before arrival, and for New Year, it's due 2 months before arrival.

  • For extra accommodation, please book a separate pitch.

  • All stays must be pre-booked.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations prior to the 2 weeks 90% of the total will be returned. 10%* for the site and card processing fees. Part cancellations / ID modifications are subject to a 10%* fee (£5 min). No modifications within 2 weeks of arrival

  • No Refunds within 2 weeks of arrival date.
