To Ensure Your and Other People’s Stay is Enjoyable
Please Observe the Rules and Guidelines as Set Out Below
Rules
No Commercial vehicles will be allowed
onto the Park, (Although this has been in the caravan parks rules
for more than 5 years. Now due to customer request we are now
strictly enforcing it, as of 01-01-06) this includes sign written
cars and non-sign written commercial vehicles. Anyone trying to
enter the Park will be asked to leave and no refunds of any monies
paid will be returned. Leaving your vehicle in the car park is
also prohibited.
(Commercial vehicle or not)
All day visitors must book in and pay at the Shop on
their arrival.
NO DRINK DRIVING ON THE PARK (as the park is a public
highway)
SPEED LIMIT of 5 m.p.h. to be observed at all times.
LEARNER DRIVERS and MOTORISED SCOOTERS are strictly prohibited.
NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are to be taken beyond the shop.
DANGEROUS ITEMS (Air guns / Soft air guns / knives and Fireworks) are strictly prohibited & will be confiscated
Please keep NOISE to a minimum, especially after 11 p.m.
No Unaccompanied Children (Under 18) After 12 Midnight
anywhere on the park.
Parents or Guardians are responsible for their children's
actions and their safety at all times whilst on the Park. Children
(Under 18) must not be left unattended.
No single sex groups accomodated. (Special circumstances may be considered).
No commercial activities are permitted on the Park.
All items deemed to be offensive weapons (water pistols/laser pens etc) will
be confiscated.
Washing of cars & caravans on the Park is strictly prohibited.
No ball games between caravans, please use areas provided (Overspill Field).
Strictly no leather balls (Football/Cricket & Baseballs) to be used on
the Park.
Cyclists must keep to the roads.
No skateboards please as these are a Danger to other Park users.
No Paddling Pools Allowed (As these pose a drowning hazard).
No wet swimmers are allowed in the shop.
No String Washing Lines. Please only use hook-on window type clothes dryers,
rotary dryers are provided by laundry rooms and tumble dryers are available
in each laundry room.
All dogs must be kept on leads and not
left unattended during your stay on the park
and please clean up after them.
THE SWIMMING POOL HAS NO LIFEGUARD
All children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian
(Over 18) in the pool area. Non-Swimmers are NOT allowed past blackline
whether wearing swimming aids or not. Any misconduct will result in persons
being asked to leave the pool area. Numbers in the pool area are limited.
It will open Spring Bank Holiday if weather is suitable and be closed mid
September. Regulations and conditions are displayed at the entrance and
in the pool area and must be strictly adhered to, for everyone's safety.

Barriers
The barriers must not be misused as they are for the security of all , rules
are displayed and must be adhered to.
DO NOT WALK OR CYCLE UNDER BARRIERS (or allow your children too)
Guidelines
Please use the provided waste water points, chemical
disposal points, skips and wheeley bins for the appropriate
waste.
Standpipes are conveniently placed for drinking water only.
Please use Outdoor sinks for washing pots and pans.
Please use roads provided and a torch, after dark, would
be advisable.
(We cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from short cuts)
